Hops is a yearling that came to us in a surrender situation in late May 2017. A belly full of worms, sand and not receiving proper care and nutrition had this guy needing us. It has taken us approx 3 months of de worming, 3-4 meals a day, two rounds of sand clear and proper feed to get Hops exactly where he needs to be. He continues to improve daily, has the sweetest heart and will be available for adoption in fall..
Nova is a 25 year old QH mare that was surrendered on 10/24/17. She has been our most severe case to date, but our strongest. Her want to live and thrive has been life changing to witness. The bottom image is from 11/3/17. She continues to blossom, gain weight, go through rehab and show us her sweet and sassy spirit. Nova will be part of our sponsorship program as she will require special diet and medical for the rest of her days. We look forward to sharing her continued progress with our supporters!
After a visit with our farrier her hoofs are on their way to healthy and strong! Images from intake and on 11/6/17.
Bella came to us summer 2018. She was an owner surrender that needed some TLC! She has flourished both physically, mentally and emotionally. She came to us very head shy and insecure. Today she is a confident girl that loves her grain and buddy Blue.
